Can your replicas fire real Ammunition?
Most of our replica guns are non-firing models. They cannot fire real ammunition or be modified to fire real ammunition. Attempting to modify the replicas is illigal
Our Blank-Firing models can only be fired with the intended, correct blank ammunition.
Our Black Powder firearms are FIRING reproductions that should ONLY be used with the correct loads and caliber projectiles.
Can I sharpen the swords?
Some of the swords have carbon steel blades and can be sharpened. Others have stainless steel blades and cannot be sharpened. Please call us with specific questions.
Are your swords "Combat Ready"?
Our swords cannot be used for combat.
Does Collector's Armoury sell my personal information?
No. We have been in business for nearly 40 years and we do not participate in this practice.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Special freight rates apply for overseas customers. Please contact us for a freight quote. Also, overseas orders must be prepaid. Some of our products, such as blank ammunition, cannot be shipped overseas.
Do you backorder items that are not available at the time of shipping?
Yes. Customers have the option to cancel backorders.
Will I be charged for items not shipped?
No, we do not charge your credit card if the items are not shipped.
Can I request a paper catalog?
Yes, you can call us at 1877-ARMOURY (276-6879) or email us at (sales@collectorsarmoury.com) to request a catalogue.
What are my payment options?
Retail customers are required to pay by Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or pre pay with personal check or money order.
The above also apply to dealers. Some dealers may be able to apply for net 30 terms and COD deliveries.
When I place an order on the internet, how will I know if the item is out of stock?
We will call you or send an email if an item is out of stock. All internet orders will receive a confirmation e mail after the order is placed.
When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 5 business days.
When does my credit card get charged?
We charge your credit card the moment the item or items ship.
Freight for International orders:
The freight on our site applies to local shipments in the USA only. Please email ( sales@collectorsarmoury.com) or contact us for freight quotes on your international orders.
How to handle returns?
We are not responsible for loss of merchandise or merchandise damaged in transit. Claims for damaged merchandise must be made to the carrier promptly and the complete package retained for inspection.
Claims for receipt of defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods. Authorized returns for defective merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number displayed on the outside of all the returned packages. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Direct all calls regarding defective or wrong items to customer service - 1 877 276 6879.
Otherwise, all sales are final and merchandise is not returnable.
Do you have a no hassle return policy?
YES! If not satisfied, simply return items within 30 days in its original condition and we will refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling).
Note: Call the company to get an authorized return number before returning the item/items.
How do I calculate my freight?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the product(s) you purchase. Retail internet shipping options can be selected in the shopping cart. Freight is estimated based on UPS rates, however, charges may vary for P.O. or APO Boxes and will be based on USPS rates. We will contact you via email with tracking information or with updates to shipping information if necessary.
Shipments to Canada: No modern firearm replicas (models post 1898) can be shipped to Canada. We require full payment in advance in US Dollars, Bank Draft payable in US Dollars, or International Money Order. Check your Customs and Postal Departments for import regulations and duties.
Shipping Restrictions: California, Connecticut, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Puerto Rico and Wisconsin either restrict or prohibit commerce in imitation firearms that are replicas of modern firearms. We can only ship modern replica firearms to these jurisdictions under certain circumstances. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding specific restrictions in these areas. Some states and local jurisdictions may impose restrictions on black powder firing guns. Please check your local statues to ensure the purchase of the products complies with any applicable laws at the point of destination.
Freight for dealers is based on the weight, dimensions, and ship-to zip code of the shipment.
